She values patient autonomy and emphasizes clear, practical goals that support long-term stability.

Ms. He earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Herzing University and has developed her clinical expertise through experience in acute inpatient psychiatry, crisis stabilization, and outpatient behavioral health settings. She currently serves as a Nursing Supervisor at Triangle Springs Behavioral Health Hospital, functioning as the senior clinical decision-maker during high-acuity inpatient shifts.

Ms. He chose the mental health field out of a deep respect for the complexity of the human mind and a commitment to supporting individuals during some of the most vulnerable periods of their lives. Her work is guided by the belief that compassionate, thoughtful psychiatric care can restore stability, dignity, and a path toward sustained recovery.
